Running Urban Health Dispensary in Indore City of Madhya Pradesh was a complete package of primary health care service comprising general OPD, Maternal and Child Health Care services, Family Planning Services, National Disease control Programme Services, etc. All these services were being provided by Post Graduate Medical Professionals and trained paramedical staff. Urban health dispensary are not only a fully functional hospital but also managing community level promotional activities. It also focuses on community mobilization, health awareness and other promotional services including regular health camp in slums, Community Mobilization activities through its link worker etc.
