Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma holds a Postgraduate degree in Economics from Kumaun University and a PG Diploma in IRPM. With a career beginning in 1997, he brings over two decades of expertise in project planning, financial structuring, MIS development, and implementation. Associated with CAMP since 2016, he serves as General Manager – Projects and currently leads all operational aspects in Uttarakhand as State Head.

He oversees the 108 Emergency Ambulance Service and 102 Drop Back Referral Transport Services, managing a fleet of 400+ vehicles and a team of 1,500+ personnel. Mr. Sharma possesses deep experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models with government sectors, playing a critical role in developing and executing end-to-end healthcare and infrastructure projects.
