Mr. Pradeep Rai is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the implementation and management of large-scale public health and emergency response projects across multiple states in India. As General Manager at Community Action Through Motivation Programme (CAMP), he plays a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and overseeing operations of ambulance services, Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), and healthcare outreach programs in partnership with various state governments and public sector undertakings.
Under his leadership, CAMP has successfully implemented flagship initiatives such as the National Ambulance Services (102 & 108) in Uttarakhand and Tripura, Hearse Ambulance Services (1099) in Chhattisgarh, and MMU services in multiple districts of Odisha. His leadership implemented Veterinary Ambulance projects in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. He has also managed healthcare service delivery for entities like National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) and Reliance Foundation.
With deep expertise in government liaison, manpower deployment, financial tendering, and operations management, Mr. Rai ensures the highest standards of service quality and compliance. His commitment to innovation and community service has made him an integral contributor to CAMP’s mission of improving access to essential healthcare for underserved populations.
He holds an MBA from ICFAI University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. Mr. Rai is fluent in English and Hindi, and is known for his strategic foresight, hands-on leadership, and dedication to public health impact.
