Prof. Bansidhar Pandey is a distinguished academic, visionary administrator, and dedicated social work professional with over two decades of impactful leadership in higher education and social development. Currently serving as Dean–Academic, Coordinator of National Education Policy 2020, and Nodal Officer for the UGC Unit at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University, Varanasi, he is a driving force behind academic reforms and student-centered policies in one of India’s leading public universities.
Holding a Ph.D. in Social Work from MGKVP, Prof. Pandey has held several key academic and administrative roles across institutions, including Chief Proctor, Controller of Examinations, Dean of Student Welfare, and Director of various academic centers. He has also served in leadership positions at Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha, bringing a wealth of experience to both academia and social service.
Prof. Pandey is a founding mentor of the Community Action Through Motivation Programme (CAMP) and has been guiding the organization since its inception. His wisdom, vision, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in shaping CAMP’s mission of inclusive development, public health outreach, and community empowerment.
